Our Philosophy

Our Co-Flow® method makes expert developmental strategies accessible and joyful, helping children organize their development while empowering them with skills that last, all done through a play-based approach.

Full Developmental Support

Our clinical teams work with families to create a program that honors each person’s unique profile. Together we are able to find the crossover between development and growth moments in everyday life. By making evidence-informed methods easy to use, we help families create joyful, attuned interactions with the just-right challenge needed for growth.

When searching for someone to partner with in the care of your autistic child, parents should ask:

  • Are children’s physical and emotional safety at the core of their work?

  • Does the approach honor each child’s uniqueness?

  • Are parents treated as equal partners on the care team? Can I trust their integrity?

"Having worked alongside Natalie Kitts, founder of Zigzag Flow, I can confidently say the answer to all of these questions is a resounding yes. Natalie leads with both heart and expertise, creating environments where children feel safe and supported, parents are heard and valued, and teams deliver care that is both clinically excellent and deeply compassionate. Families partnering with Zigzag Flow can trust that their child’s individuality will be celebrated, their safety prioritized, and their growth nurtured within a community rooted in respect and integrity."

Hear from Our Families

Parent- of TQ

Miss Natalie and OT have been integral in the success of our son.  From the very beginning, she met him with patience, understanding, and expertise. Through her guidance, he has gained skills that have truly changed his daily life — learning to better understand his body, regulate his emotions, and approach challenges with confidence. Her dedication and compassion have made a lasting impact on our family, and we cannot thank her enough for the difference she has made in our son’s journey.

Parent- Joellen

We found working with Natalie supportive and positive. She works with Laura’s strengths to accomplish her next right challenge. As a parent I learned how to integrate the strategies to guide Laura to success. Laura has learned many tools and strategies to self regulate and help her with executive functioning.
